Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. I came to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was one and a half years old I would not be living my life and sharing it with you if it weren't since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. In the hope of having the best life possible, I wanted to do the best I could to please them, and determined to achieve my goals. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job get married buy a house and have kids. The life I had planned for me was not what it turned out. The year was 2013, and I realized that I was not happy going to work in my company job. Money and status did inspire me. I believed that I was wasting time for a paycheck. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also liked getting out and about to help others. As I moved towards this new direction in life, I found the personal training I needed. The year 2014 was the year that I started my own small business and I will celebrate 7 years since my birthday in 2021. There are few Asian females working in the field. It is my goal to be a change maker in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help people to live a more healthy and happier individual by developing an environment that is sustainable and meets the individual needs and desires. Also, I strive to inspire people to pursue their dreams and do all they wish to achieve in their lives. While my professional life began to take off, I experienced the greatest loss of my life- the passing of my mother. She won her eight year fight with the disease and is now in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and heart always. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God has a funny way of giving us what we really require. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for good. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to experience life. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. It was now time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead one that was meaningful and enjoyable. In my 30s, I have a sense of living and being alive. I'm not feeling like I just exist anymore. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words for you to know that you are not on your own, to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything you set your mind to and that love is real, that therapy is normal and needed to be healthy is truly the best source of wealth. I pray that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a death be without regrets, because that's all we can count on in this life.
